Dr. Vliegenthart earned his Medical Degree from the University of South Florida, College of Medicine, and subsequently completed residencies in Orthopedic Surgery at both the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University and the University of South Florida. He was also appointed by President George Bush and HHS Secretary Tommy Thompson to the Medicare Program Advisory and Oversight Committee, where he served for five years.

He is able to provide high quality and customized treatment to patients to reduce pain, improve mobility, and improve overall wellbeing.
